Computer Services maintains a small library of computer training video tapes. The video tapes may be borrowed by faculty and staff for review in their office or at home.

• Video tapes are checked out for a period of 1 working day.
• Tapes must be returned to Computer Services by 8:30am on the first working day following checkout.
• Users can extend their use of a tape by an additional day by calling Computer Services before 8:30am on the due date. Computer Services will extend the loan for an additional day if the tape has not been reserved by someone else. Using this procedure, a tape may be checked out for an unlimited number of consecutive days, given that it has not been reserved by another.
• Tapes may be reserved for use on a specific day by contacting Computer Services.
• Staff and faculty are limited to borrowing 1 tape per day.
• Computer Services reserves the right to refuse lending tapes to users who do not abide by this policy.
• The safety and security of Computer Services video tapes are the borrowers responsibility. The borrower will be billed the replacement cost for each tape that is not returned or is returned in an unusable condition.

Borrower's Agreement Form which must be signed by the borrower and/or responsible budget manager before tapes may be borrowed.
