Service Levels

Support for computing is serious business at UMPI. We don't expect our customers to commit to using technology that we can't commit to supporting. "Basic Service" can be taken for granted. Requests for other services ("Plus Service") are reviewed before support commitments are made.

Basic Service These services can be taken for granted.
Plus Service/Technology Support commitments for computing services beyond Basic Service
Instructional Technology Support commitments for courses dependent upon instructional technologies
Charges Under these circumstances CS may charge for it's services.
Outsourcing Arranging for computing services from outside service providers at your expense.
