- Software Manuals are provided with some packages and are usually available for purchase for others. A manufacturer's software manuals are usually in the form of a reference book and are most useful for intermediate and advanced users who know what they're looking for.
- Self-training books comprise a huge market of materials aimed at various expertise levels. Many series are designed specifically for users with little or no experience.
- CS will assist individuals or departments with selecting the resource manuals that will best work for them.
- Internet Resources - The Internet is teeming with tutorials for learning to use computers.
